ALRIGHT ALREADY!
aaaand we're back!
My poor computer has been through the ringer with me. It's scratched, dented... not to mention it's ego is bruised. But I care more for this computer than I could possibly proclaim. What matters is that we're together again. At last. When did I start using capital letters in my posts?
so how is everyone? i'm really sorry it's been so long. honestly, i probably needed the week to truly shut off. can't believe it's only been a week since we got back. the time has been amazing here.. never going by too quickly or too slow. let's see how i feel about it in a week. speaking of time and all that - when do we get to put out the new record again? feels like we finished it years ago. we've done so much since april 31st. (EDIT!!! APRIL 30th!!! hahah) been all over the place. played zillions of shows to a gazillion people. can't help but think where we'll be a year from now. how much we might get to do between now and then. i don't know why or how but our band has been blessed from the beginning to be able to meet so many different people (no doubt reference, holla!) and to do so many cool things. once in a lifetime type things. now, we're getting ready to start a whole new chapter (and you're coming with us)... i imagine it's going to be exciting, a bit chaotic, but mostly just exciting. the best part is that i feel we're going to open it all up the right way. as much as we possibly can, we're going back and trying to get a grip on our beginnings. playing somewhat smaller rooms on the upcoming tour. the "surprise" show at Islington Academy, where we played our first show in London. even the fact that the pricing of the deluxe was lower than what it probably would've been... makes me feel happy that we can try and take care of you guys in whatever small ways we know how to. cause we really appreciate you. those of you who have kept it real with us and stuck around... since the day it was just you and a few of your close friends in the crowd. And since the first time one of our shows got shut down for being too crowded, hot, and rowdy. Everyone was all passed out in the backlot with ambulances everywhere. Was that Javajazz or am I crazy!? Either way, it's not to say that any fan that doesn't remember these times isn't as true a fan as the next... we love and appreciate ALL of ya. If you have, however, been around for a while... we hope you really enjoy the next tour for what it's worth. so be there with us.
anyone checked out Paper Route? or The Swellers? both bands rule. they're very different from each other. and from us, for that matter. we're stoked to have brought together opening bands that sort of represent two different parts of the spectrum, as far as what we enjoy, musically. not to mention, they're both friends of ours, so it should be a big party. we're going to bring out some fun to-do's. Cornhole, for instance. (which Jerm and I are in charge of getting, can't forget). And REAL movie nights! we're gonna pull a Pennywise and bring out our tour manager's movie projector... so we can watch movies drive in style. a bit of a D.I.Y. job. should rule, if we do it right.
quickly before i go (laundry waiting)... let's talk about regular things.. like how much i suck at Call Of Duty after 2 1/2 weeks off from playing it! i'm terrible. or like how i've suddenly become addicted to this "WE" television... it's like a channel for women that comes with Comcast cable. there's a show called "The Secret Lives of Women". check that shiz out, it's crazy. then there are all their different wedding cake tv shows. there are like 2 cake tv shows for 1 of any other kind of show in their programming. that's a helluvalotta cake. but it's so fascinating. i can't bake or cook at all (still), so maybe that's why i love it so much.
we can discuss these things further in the comments... or whatever... but i really gotta start getting some more laundry done! love you all. and if any of you speak to Jeremy, tell him to get his butt over to my house so me and him and Patrick can hang out.

Mi pobre ordenador ha sufrido por mi. Está rayado, arrugado ... por no mencionar que su ego está herido. Pero me preocupa más ésta computadora, que yo podría proclamar. Lo que importa es que estamos juntos otra vez. Por fin. ¿Cuándo empezé usando mayúsculas en mis entradas?
Así que ¿cómo está cada uno? Yo realmente siento que haya sido tanto tiempo. honestamente, yo probablemente necesite la semana para descansar. No puedo creer que solo ha pasado una semana desde que estamos de regreso . el tiempo ha sido increíble aquí .. nunca va demasiado rápido o demasiado lento. vamos a ver cómo me sentiré dentro de una semana.Hablando de tiempo y de todo eso - ¿cuándo ponemos fuera el nuevo disco de nuevo? se siente como que lo hemos terminado hace años. Hemos hecho tanto desde el 31 de abril. (EDITADO! 30 de abril! jajaja) estando por todo lugar. hemos tocado en tropecientos de lugares para un gazillion de personas. No ayuda pero piensen en donde estaremos dentro de un año. lo mucho que quizás lleguemos a hacer entre ahora y 1 año. No sé por qué o cómo, pero nuestro grupo ha sido bendecido desde el principio para poder hacer frente a tanta gente diferente (sin duda referencia, holla!) y hacer tantas cosas divertidas, cosas solo una vez en la vida. ahora, nos estamos preparando para comenzar un nuevo capítulo (y ustedes están viniendo con nosotros) ... Me imagino que va a ser emocionante, un poco caótico, pero la mayormente simplemente emocionante. la mejor parte es que creo que vamos a abrir todo de la manera correcta. tanto como sea posible, vamos a regresar y tratar de obtener el control sobre nuestros orígenes. Tocando en algunas pequeñas habitaciones en la próxima gira. La "sorpresa" se mostrará en "Islington Academy", donde tocamos nuestro primer show en Londres. Incluso el hecho de que la fijación de precios del DELUX fue inferior a lo que probablemente ha sido ... me hace sentir feliz de que podamos tratar de y cuidar de ustedes, en cualquiera de las pequeñas maneras sabemos como hacerlo. Porque realmente apreciamos a aquellos de ustedes que se han mantenido realmente con nosotros y se han quedado alrededor ... desde el día en que solo fueron ustedes y un par de amigos en la multitud. Y desde la primera vez que uno de nuestros espectáculos se cerró por estar demasiado lleno, acalorado, y alborotado. Todo el mundo era llevado afuera con ambulancias por todos lados. Fue ese Javajazz o es que estoy loca? De cualquier manera, no digo que cualquier fan que no recuerda estos tiempos no es tan fan como el que sí ... nosotros los amamos y apreciamos a TODOS ustedes. Si tú has estado, sin embargo, desde hace un tiempo ... esperamos que realmente disfrutes de la próxima gira por lo que vale la pena. a fin de estar allí con nosotros.
Alguien a chequeado Paper Route? o The Swellers? ambas bandas son buenas. son muy diferentes unos de otros. y de nosotros, para el caso. Estamos asombrados de reunir a ambas abriendo el show, representan dos diferentes partes del espectro, en la medida en que lo que nos gusta, musicalmente, sin mencionar que ambos son nuestros amigos, por lo que debería ser una gran fiesta. vamos a llevar algo divertido que hacer. "Cornhole", por ejemplo. (lo cual Jerm y yo estamos a cargo de conseguir, no podemos olvidarlo). Y reales noches de cine! vamos a tirar un Pennywise y llevar afuera a nuestro proyector de películas para tours ... para que podamos ver películas con estilo. un poco de D.I.Y. debe ser bueno, si lo hacemos bien.
Rápidamente antes de irme (lavandería en espera) ... hablemos de cosas regulares .. como lo mucho que apesto yo en "Call Of Duty", después de 2semanas 1/2 de jugar! Soy terrible. O la forma en que de repente me convertí en adicta a esta Televisón "WE" ... es como un canal para las mujer que viene con el cable de Comcast. hay un espectáculo llamado "La vida secreta de la Mujer". compruebenlo, es una locura. Luego están todos los diferentes "pastel para bodas" programas de televisión. Hay como 2 programas para pastel para 1 de cualquier otro tipo de espectáculo en su programación. Hay un pastel "helluvalotta". Pero es tan fascinante. Yo no puedo hornear o cocinar en absoluto (todavía), así que tal vez es por eso que me encanta tanto verlo.
Podemos discutir estas cosas con más detalle en los comentarios... o lo que sea ... pero realmente tengo que comienzar a hacer más de lavandería de lo que he hecho! amor a todos ustedes. y si alguno de ustedes habla con Jeremy, dígale que traiga su trasero a mi casa, así yo, él y Patrick podemos pasar el rato.
